Q - Can I see how many visitors have visisted my website?
A - Yes, we provide web tracking software that records and tracks where your visitors are coming from, what pages they are looking at as well as a plethora of other interesting facts.  This services is free with any hosting account, this information is invaluable for future marketing campaigns.

Q - What if I have questions about emails that I receive or messages that I encounter regarding my hosting services.
A - Our managed services provide you with the resources of having your own tech team, we will gladly answer your questions and guide you along the best path for keeping your web presence alive and current.

Q - What is web design?
A - Web design is the design and development of your website.  We will schedule a meeting with you to determine your vision for the website, then in a test environment we will implement your ideas.  From that point we interact with the client via phone or email to fine tune the website to your requirements.

Q - What if we want to keep our existing website and have you take over design and maintenance?
A - The developers at Axon Access are well versed in HTML, PHP, ASP and CGI as well as popular CMS systems like Joomla and Wordpress.  We can manage the website as it is or rebuild it using web 2.0 technologies.

Q - Can we keep our page hosted elsewhere and still use your design/maintenance services?
A - We will gladly take care of your website even if it is hosted with another company.  Simply provdie us with the credentials for your hosting and we can take care of the rest.

Q - How do I update my website?
A - You have several options for keeping your website propagated with current information.  If the website is developed in a CMS system like Wordpress or Joomla, then you will have the ability to upload information on your own.  If you do not have the time or wish to update the website we can do the work for you with our hourly webmastering service. Just send the information to us and we can get your website up to date.
